About MHEC News and Events Student Access Programs and Services Policy Research Membership Publications


The Midwest PERL, developed with support from Lumina Foundation for Education, is designed to meet the policy-research needs of MHEC’s constituents through links to quality policy reports and scholarly articles searchable by issue, institutional type and sector, and publication year.

After undergoing an extensive evaluation, enhancements to the PERL site have been planned.  The final version of the improved site will be complete by Fall 2008.  In the meantime, the report database may be accessed as before.  If you have questions about the redesign or changes to the database, please contact Gina Johnson at ginaj@mhec.org.
